 On September 4th, Vaughn Richtor, MD and CEO, ING Vysya Bank, inaugurated the second phase of the new school building at Christel House India. Christel House, India, is one of ING Vysya Foundation’s oldest not-for-profit partners. Their mission is to help orphaned, abandoned and disadvantaged children in developing countries break the cycle of poverty through education. ING Vysya Foundation donated EUR100,000 towards the construction of the senior school building that will cover almost 17,500 sq ft and will house classrooms for children from the 8th to the 12th standard. The new building will also contain four new science laboratories and accommodate 400 additional children.
